Surprise, surprise! In US, ca sa dobindesti ceva, trebuie sa depui efort. Hm, de ce oare nu ni s-a aratat asta la tv in Romania/Europa de Est (Ewing family si alte soap operas)? “Imi pare rau sa dezamagesc autorul acestui articol dar, din pacate, societea occidentala nu functioneaza deloc asa cum credem noi, atunci cind ne aflam inca in Europa de Est. Ne-am ivatat prost sa-i idealizam atit valorile cit si modul de functionare care nu este deloc impecabil, din contra. De la mizeria fizica in care oamenii traiesc, cel putin unii din ei, pina la oameni care mor cu zile in spitale din cauza negljentei doctorilor si pina la incultura crasa care este evidenta peste to. Vorbesc despre copii de 11 ani care nu stiu sa citeasca si de matematica de clasa a IX-a pe care noi o faceam in clasa a V-a.” V-ati invirtit in cercuri destul de…joase. Incercati si persoane care au absolvit mai mult decit un liceu (public, ca cei care merg la liceele particulare fac macar atita carte cit se facea in Romania pina in 90). Iar legat de spitale...no comment, ideea enuntata e hilara. “Vorbesc despre modul de-a dreptul inuman in care se munceste aici, pentru aproape nimic si despre faptul ca esti SINGUR pentru ca nu ai timp de prieteni, sa ti-i faci si, daca ai totusi noroc sa ai doi sau trei, nu ai timp de ei, pentru ca pleci dimineata la 7 si vii seara la noua.” Ooops, nici asta nu ne-au aratat la tv, cit de workaholics sint americanii! Apropos, 7-9, ati inclus si tranportul pina la serviciu, nu-i asa? “Ca sa nu mai vorbesc despre faptul ca nu exista, pe fond, un sistem de pensii decit pentru lucratorii de stat sau guvernamentali. Ceilalti sint condamnati sa-si incheie activitatea la peste 60 de ani si sa primeasca o pensie de $1000/luna.” Mai documentati-va. Nu exista sistemul de ajuror social ca in Europa sau Canada, unde toata lumea primeste. Aici (US) ca sa primesti ceva, trebuie sa muncesti. Majoritatea investesc in asa numitul fond de pensii ( la companii, pe cont propriu la banca, samd). Nimeni nu e condamnat sa-si inceteze activitatea la 60, se poate (si se munceste) si dupa 60 de ani. Si nu se munceste ‘pe nimic’. Salariul minim pe ora e $5.75 sau asa ceva. Depinde de calificare, de vechime, samd. Cine vrea salar mai mare, isi poate imbunatati nivelul de pregatire, sau lua doua slujbe. Iar $1000/luna reprezinta $12000/an. Se poate trai. “Ca sa va dau o idee despre ce inseamna $1000/luna in NY am sa va spun ca un apartament cu 2 camere se inchiriaza aici cu $1200.” Nimeni nu te condamna sa locuiesti in New York, sau Chicago, sau Los Angeles. Exista destule zone unde se gasesc apartamente de doua camere cu $300-600/luna, si case decente cu $100000-200000 (creditele se dau pe 30 de ani, iar dobinzile, cel putin acum, sint mici). Iar despre preturile din NY….eu am locuit 6 luni in Midtown si pretul apartamentului de un dormitor era de…$3400/luna. "Imi este greu, pentru ca traiesc intr-o societate uscata, fara nici un fel de valori, in afara de cele pecuniare, infectata de ipocrizie si de o forma de comunism cu o fata care este alta decit cea pe care o stiam noi." Adevarat? Si ce parere credeti ca ar avea INS-ul (pardon, BCIS) despre enuntul dvs legat de 'comunismul american'? Go home, lady, go straight home. "Am atins si subiectul asta pentru ca inceputurile mele aici nu au fost deloc glorioase, din contra: am lucrat 7 luni vinzatoare la Lancome, inconjurata de femei care imi puteau fi mama si care aveau coeficientul de inteligenta al unui foetus si care erau foarte diligent dirijate de cite o mucoasa de 22 de ani proaspat absolventa a unui colegiu." Evrika! Asta era. Vechea mentalitate a la Romania. Cum eu, d-na avocat, sa fac munca de jos? Asta si hint-urile de la “un efort crincen, atit intelectual (32 de materii) cit si fizic (12 ore de examinare)” si “modul de-a dreptul inuman in care se munceste aici”. Ca in orice domeniu in care se cistiga foarte bine, examenele sint dure, iar examenele de echivalare- si mai dure. In plus, condusa de, cum ati zis, o mucoasa de 22 de ani proaspat absolventa a unui colegiu (universitate). Da, daca ‘mucoasa’ se orientase bine la universitate si a luat diploma ca major in Business sau Finante…Sau numai pt. simplul motiv ca era o absolventa isteata, pt. care a munci de la 7-9 nu reprezenta un efort crincen (intellectual, fizic, samd). Probabil ca era si full US citizen. Si ca inchei, inceputurile nu v-au fost glorioase, nici prezentul nu prea se arata a fi. Ramine speranta pt. viitor….si asta doar in cazul reintoarcerii la matca. (: Happy Cajun Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez Referitor la scoala din US: am predat undergraduate courses (echivalentul cursurilor universitare de la noi) 5 ani si am dat preparatii la studenti de an I-IV, la elevi de public highschool si la elevi de private highschool. Am auzit/citit pe foarte multi (romani) spunind ca elevii americani sint prosti si slab pregatiti, pe foarte putini i-am auzit facind referire la programa de aici, foarte diferita de cea romaneasca (in Romania am predat 4 ani). Liceele de stat asigura un minimum de pregatire, e adevarat. Copiii dotati (gifted) insa sint pusi in clase speciale si li se preda la un nivel ridicat si un ritm alert. Si daca comparati elevii gifted de aici cu cei buni din tara, diferentele nu sint asa de mari. Elevii buni din clasele XI si XII au optiunea de a lua cursuri la universitate (in general e vorba de cursurile de an I sau freshman level) care vor fi recunoscute la nr. dupa ce intra la college (facultate). Cursurile universitare pentru anul intii si doi acopera materia claselor IX-XII din Romania, la un nivel ceva mai ridicat. Ma refer in special la matematica, fizica si chimie.
Daca se incearca o comparatie la nivel de final de liceu…cei de aici (US) sint dezavantajati, programa fiind mult mai usoara. Dar o diploma de liceu in US nu ofera prea multe sanse (McDonald si altele similare, salar minim). Asa ca majoritatea merg la college (universitate) si educatia se completeaza. Dupa facultate urmeaza cursurile de specializare, sau grad school-ul pt. cei care vor un master sau un doctorat. Iar in Romania, din cite imi amintesc, nu toti elevii 'miscau muntii'. Intr-o clasa de 36 de la un liceu teoretic, erau cam 6 foarte buni, care invatau usor si cu putin efort, era majoritatea care statea pe carti si luau preparatii pompate cu bani grei, si alti 6 sau asa ceva care se cam...tirau. Si nu intrau 100% la facultate. Nu am considerat niciodata colegii mei americani ca fiind prosti. Faptul ca eu luasem un curs asemanator in facultate in Romania nu ma facea mai desteapta, ci doar mai bine informata la inceput de semestru. Iar la sfirsit de semestru, si eu si ei ajungeam la acelasi nivel. Cu toata scoala mult laudata din Romania (si nu spun asta peiorativ) si scoala americana atit de luata in deridere, la sfirsitul studiilor facute aici, romani, germani, americani, turci, rusi si alte natii, bagajul de cunostinte e cam acelasi. Am lucrat/lucrez in doua laboratoare nationale (Argonne si Los Alamos) si am intilnit romani in ambele. Sint buni dar….nu sint singurii buni. La fel cum mitul cu ‘chinezii sint grozavi’ ramine…un mit. Creiere sint peste tot, ma bucura cind vad romani pe listele cu grad students sau profesori la facultati si centre de cercetare, dar de aici si pina la ‘we are the best’ e cale lunga. Si referitor la olimpiadele internationale, tot am citit pe Cafenea cum romanii cistiga ‘integral’, ‘majoritar’, etc. Rezultatele de pe site-urile oficiale ale Olimpiadelor Internationale de mate si fizica (olimpiade care se tin cu elevi de liceu) arata altfel. Si cu astea inchei. Imi cer scuze pentrun eventualele greseli de ortografie, vorbesc romaneste cam o ora pe saptamina si scriu tot cam atit. In plus Word-ul imi tot corecteaza cuvintele si ies trasnai. (la: Ati mai face armata?) Cele 9 luni facute la tancuri sint din parte din viata mea. Erau obligatorii si trebuia sa le fac.
In prima zi mi-am pus in gind sa fug...faptul ca as fii ajuns in puscarie m-a oprit. Sint convins ca cele noua luni m-au schimbat.. cred ca m-au atentionat, intr-un fel, pentru ce urma in viata. A fost prima data cind am inteles ce inseamna sa faci ce iti spun altii...ca nu poti sa-ti exprimi parerea... ...M-a deranjat faptul ca am fost folosit la munca agricola... Mi-au placut cursurile technice si tragerile...nu mi-a placut fugitul pe cimpiile si dealurile patriei...cu masca de gaze si cu rucsacul.. chiar si fara ele nu era placut. Eram 72 in dormitor, baia si WC-ul nu aveau lumina...invatasem sa merg in intuneric. N-am avut niciodata bilet de invoire in oras...si saream gardul. Dupa citeva beri si un gratar sau mici citeodata ma intorceam ca omul civilizat pe poarta. Ajungeam la arest unde trebuia sa curat o cada de cartofi si una de peste congelat pe noapte. Ajunsesem un expert...ca sa pot sa ma duc la culcare. Si azi nevasta-mea se intreaba cum pot sa curat cartofi asa de repede..:) Urasc spalatul vaselor... N-as mai sta in post, linga un cimitir, in mijloc de iarna la -20 grade. ...Dupa facultate (dupa '89) am refuzat sa ma duc cele doua saptamini sa-mi iau gradul de locotenent. Nu conteaza ce spun altii, armata a atras in civili in '89 si eu nu am putut sa iert. Daca as face armata din nou? Daca ar fii o optiune pentru fiecare, nu. Daca mi s-ar fii dat sansa sa scap de armata, dar altii sa mearga, nu as fi acceptat...dar daca as fii stiut de '89... Florin si atat Pt. Paianjen,
La site-ul tau adaug si eu unul f. interesant pt. cine e interesat: http://www.geocities.com/purplesage23/theyknew.html#timeline Ca fapt divers,in acea zi tocmai eram in drum spre studioul unde lucram,in Manhattan,era ora 9:00AM si eram pe punctul de a traversa strada 42 pe 5th Ave.Era verde pt. pietoni si am observat ca nimeni nu traversa din sens opus...toata lumea se uita in sus in departare,eu fiind cu spatele si m-am intors sa vad la ce se uitau si aratau cu degetele...am vazut un nor de fum urias ...distanta ar fi cam de 30 blocuri de unde eram si prima impresie ce am avut si trecut prin cap a fost ca e vorba de un incendiu urias,deja pompierii mergeau intr-acolo. Mi-am continuat drumul si ajuns la studio erau citiva colegi ce stateau la masa si se uitau la TV....atunci am realizat catastrofa imensa si vazut pe ecran cum primul turn se prabusea....la numai 2-3 min. de cind ma uitam la TV am vazut cum al 2lea avion intra in al 2lea turn....CREDE-MA ca eram in soc total!!!!NU-MI venea sa cred ca poate fi adevarat!!!!!Ne-am dus la geamuri si fiind la etaj inalt am putut vedea mai bine pe viu norii grei de fum,iti spun ca toti tremuram si fumam tigara dupa tigara si nu aveam puterea de a ne zice nimic unul altuia! Eram toti socati si fetele plingeau si tremurau. desigur ca nu am lucrat in acea zi si nici urmatoarele caci am stat acasa,traficul se oprise,tunelele inchise,nu aveam cum sa fac naveta din New Jersey (cu autobuzul ce musai trebuie sa treaca prin Lincoln Tunel ce era inchis). In acea zi am ajuns tirziu acasa si cu un tren special plin la refuz de lume.NIMENI NU spunea o vorba in tren!!!Toti eram tristi si abatuti,femeile plingeau. M-am gindit la cumnatul meu care avea biroul chiar pe Wall St. si ....cladirea fiind VECINA DE STRADA cu...GEMENII!!!! Acasa sotia lui era disperata nu auzise nimic de la el,mobilul lui nu functiona. Dupa citeva ore in final el a dat telefon de la un hotel unde s-a cazat neputind pleca din oras.Era OK dar zdruncinat psihic....El este sef executiv(firma de brokers) si imediat dupa primul turn lovit a spus tuturor sa plece din cladire ignorind securitatea cladirii care le-a spus sa ...stea inauntru.Dupa aldoilea turn,acesta cazind a afectat...cladirea in care avea biroul si treptat ea n-a putut fi salvata ci s-a darimat de la sine!!!!!In panica ce a urmat dupa primul turn si fum si praf si cioburi de geamuri pe jos el a alergat in sus adica uptown Manhattan,si-a pierdut un pantof si taiat pe picior in cioburi dar a continuat sa fuga speriat si socat si ceea ce l-a socat si mai mult au fost...bufniturile de trupuri de oameni ce se aruncasera de la etajele in flacari si cadeau pe trotuare...unele chiar pe linga el!!! Pt. el a fost o experienta ingrozitoare.N-a putut dormi cu noptile.Din anul trecut din nou lucreaza in acea zona,intr-o alta cladire noua.In fiecare an de 9/11 isi duce intregul lui colectiv de subalterni(45 la numar) si la fel si seful lui direct la un restaurant unde rezerva mesele pt. dinner el platind totul,fiind o cina in memoria acelor tragice evenimente si a celor morti. Am tinut sa-ti scriu astea,la fel si pt. forumistii ce poate nu au trait acele clipe de tragedie nefiind in NY la acea data fatidica. LOVE&PEACE, Ozzy 1. examenul, fiind ORAL, trebuia tratat ca atare - pe ciorna trebuia sa schitezi ideile principale ale argumentatiei tale, nicidecum sa dezvolti subiectul.
2. 'eficienta sistemului' nu se masoara in timpul pe care il petrec elevii asteptand sa le vina randul la examen. 3. rolul celor zece :) intreruperi este cat se poate de serios: profesorii trebuie sa stie daca elevul a memorat mecanic ceea ce tocmai prezinta. Nu vad de ce te-ar deranja intrebarile suplimentare - daca ti se cere sa nuantezi o idee pe care tocmai ai enuntat-o este o mana de ajutor, iar nu un obstacol. (ah, crede-ma, nu-i nici un profesor acolo care sa tina sa-si demonstreze superioritatea in fata elevului!) 4. 'tentativa de initiativa' :)zici? ei bine, la bacalaureat se evalueaza cunostintele acumulate in cei 4 ani de liceu, nu ... tentativele. 5. 'dreptatea' ? ... felicitari! ai intrat in lumea oamenilor mari, in care asa ceva se castiga nu se cere! 6. ar trebui sa stii mai multe despre cum se construieste un mini-eseu, respecatand niste reguli minimale pe care ai uitat sa le folosesti aici. Ai omis sa-ti argumentezi ideile, ai sarit peste concluzie, iar titlul n-are nici o legatura cu textul. Evaluarile nu vor fi niciodata 'corecte', se va gasi mereu careva avantajat - uneori vom fi noi, si-atunci vom uita sa lovim in sistem ... Si, pisicutzo ... nota 9 la romana n-a fost niciodata un esec. de cand se traduce "jew" prin "jidan"(termen insultator)?

Mai ales ca eu cunosc cativa foarte talentati (muzicieni etc. nu doar pictori) care fac job-uri de doi lei si se pierd. E asa de ca lumea muzica lor ca nu merge la masele de handicapati.
E suficient sa dau un mic exemplu: daca fac o rochie din "lameu" cu vedere la buric se vinde ca painea calda chiar si la balenoptere. Daca fac una foarte simpla si eleganta...n-o ia nimeni. O noua bucla. Mai carliontata, e de 9 :)

Este usor sa spui "site de scandal", "microbul conspiratiei/paranoia", etc. Este o metoda infailibila sa denigrezi ceva. Doar zici "e un site de scandal" si imediat cei care te asculta se linistesc "intelegand" ca acolo sunt doar fanteziile unor paranoici. Te-am intrebat si in reply-ul trecut care sunt acele articole sau pasaje de pe ( http://www.dezvaluiri.as.ro/ ) care ti se par de scandal sau atinse de paranoia, dar nu ai binevoit sa-mi dai nici un exemplu. In speranta ca totusi o sa avem o discutie mai concreta, am cautat si alte surse de informare fiindca un rationament simplu spune ca daca sunt mai multe persoane, diferite ca nivel de pregatire, convingeri, religie, etc si toate cred acelasi lucru, atunci e foarte posibil ca acel lucru sa fie cel putin partial adevarat. Spre bucuria mea nu a trebuit sa caut mult si am gasit un site crestin ortodox "Asociatia Pentru Isihasm - API" ( http://www.rugulaprins.go.ro ), care evident nu are nici o legatura cu MISA, si acolo am citit mai multe lucruri foarte interesante. Iti recomand aceasta pagina: http://www.rugulaprins.go.ro/badulescu.htm Din start vezi anumite afirmatii facute chiar de francmasoni, si mai precis chiar de fostul lor lider roman, Dan Amadeo Lazarescu: “Parlamentul României are 90% din membri masoni”( cel care a spus si celebrele cuvinte "Secolul XXI va ori crestin si francmason, ori nu va mai fi deloc") Pe la mijlocul paginii ai sa gasesti o lista de francmasoni celebri, presedinti de state, oameni politici, magnati, etc, dupa care apare un aspect interesant, si anume o lista de papi care au condamnat francmasoneria, considerand-o ca fiind ceva profund negativ si antiuman: Clement al XII-lea, Benedict al XIV-lea, Pius al VII-lea, Leon al XII-lea, Pius al VIII-lea, Grigore al XVI-lea, Pius al IX-lea, Leon al XIII-lea. Personal am ramas uimit cand am citit aceasta lista, impreuna cu documentele emise de acestia. Se mai adauga si din credinta ortodoxa mai multi arhiepiscopi, preoti, Biserica Greciei, Biserica Ortodoxa Romana, Biserica Ciprului, etc. In final apare o lista de 44 de lucrari bibliografice. Sunt curios daca pentru tine toti acestia sunt si ei la randul lor paranoici. Evident ca se mai poate continua cu pozitii luate de oameni de stiinta, savanti, politicieni impotriva francmasoneriei, dar nu cred ca are rost sa ii enumar si pe acestia pana cand nu vad ca iesi macar putin din felul superficial in care privesti acum problema. In legatura cu modelul socio-politic pe care l-as propune, aici lucrurile sunt mai complexe. Democratia are radacini adanci in istorie, inca de la greci si a fost reactualizata de acel "Liberte, egalite, fraternite" al Revolutiei Franceze care i-a avut in frunte pe francmasoni. Democratia poate fi ceva minunat, cu care as fi de acord daca se respecta anumite conditii: - Daca analizezi bine si socialismul vrea sa dea sanse egale la toti. Legal este ceva profund uman si tine de drepturile elementare ale omului. Problema este ca nu toti sunt pregatiti sa actioneze responsabil conform libertatii pe care o au. Un exemplu simplu, gandeste-te ca dupa revolutia noastra, si pe urma si in continuare, marea masa a taranilor a votat cu PSD-ul, sub toate formele lui. Conform democratiei, le respectam alegerea, chiar daca nu ni se pare cea mai buna. Vedem insa clar ca democratia impune si o anumita educatie democratica, ce trebuie facuta la un mod foarte serios. - In aceasi ordine de idei, democratia poate functiona doar intr-un stat in care mijloacele de informare sunt libere, independente si apolitice. Daca in schimb, marea majoritate a acestor mijloace de informare sunt concentrate in mainile unei "elite" care este pe deasupra si implicata in politica (vezi PUR, Voiculescu si Antena 1), atunci deja democratia nu mai functioneaza asa cum trebuie. Iti pot enumera foarte multe exemple de la noi din tara, dovedite cu sondaje sociologice, in care actiunea concertata a mass-mediei a facut ca opiniile populatiei sa se schimbe in mod semnificativ in interval de zile. Chiar in SUA, filmul "Fahrenheit 9/11" care face niste dezvaluiri uimitoare despre Bush, a fost interzis in anumite retele de cinematografe, si ghici cui apartineau aceste retele? Evident, apropiatilor lui Bush. De fapt, daca ai sa depui putin efort si atentie si ai sa citesti Protocoalele masonilor, ai sa vezi ca inca de mult acestia s-au straduit sa puna mana pe mijloacele de informare pentru ca prin ele sa conduca opinia publica. Nu degeaba mass-media este numita "a 4-a putere in stat", si nu degeaba cineva afirma ca niciodata un politician nu a castigat vre-un razboi cu presa. Normal ca nu toti ziaristii sunt corupti si nu toti actioneaza la comanda, dar marea lor majoritate o fac. De acest adevar ne-am dat seama pe propria piele cand a fost declansat scandalul MISA. Toata presa si televiziunea au sarit sa ne acuze de delicte grave, gen "trafic de droguri si de arme" sau "sechestrare de persoane" in cadrul celei mai ample actiuni ale politiei romane de la Revolutie incoace. Dupa un an de la acesta actiune imensa concertata impotriva noastra, nu a mai ramas nimic din aceste acuzatii, doar o imagine patata care ii face pe oameni sa ii asocieze pe yoghini cu niste obsedati sexuali, inadaptati social si cu creierele spalate. Ar mai fi multe de spus in privinta democratiei si a defectelor ei, de exemplu cum se face ca desi ne alegem singuri conducatorii, toata lumea e de acord ca marea majoritate a clasei politice e formata din profitori, oameni fara moralitate sau coloana vertebrala? Daca te gandesti putin acesta ar trebui sa fie un paradox, fiindca inseamna ca suntem masochisti si alegem sa ne facem singuri rau. Ca mai intrebat de alternative, as recomanda pentru inceput trei aspecte simple: - legea sa fie intr-adevar lege pentru toata lumea - sa fie publice sursele de finantare si activitatile politice ale celor implicati in conducerea mass-media - societatea civila sa isi faca intr-adevar datoria, prin diverse ONG-uri care sa fie libere si independente Dupa cum vezi in final, toate acestea tin in primul rand de vointa si educatia noastra, fiindca daca noi o sa fim fermi in a nu mai tolera abuzurile si nedreptatile care se fac, neluand parte la ele si dandu-le in vileag, acestea isi vor pierde din puterea lor subterana si vor fi chiar foarte mult reduse. PS: Iti multumesc pentru lectia despre ce inseamna paranoia in viata politica :). Daca vrei, iti recomand si eu o carte, "Acei bolnavi care conduc lumea", in care pe langa exemplele de dictatori ai sa vezi chiar personalitati benefice care au fost influentate in deciziile lor de maladiile care sufereau.
