GWB.)
"Happy New Year first of all.I hope we'll have a million years or two million more of them...If we can get over this summer.Right.I'd like to dedicate this one to the draggin' scene yhat's goin'on,all the soldiers that are fightin' in Chicago,Milwaukee and New York...Oh yes,and all the soldiers fightin' in Vietnam.like to do a thing called'Machine Gun".

Machine gun
Tearing my body all apart
Machine gun
Tearing my body all apart.

Evil man make me kill ya
Evil man make you kill me
Evil man make me kill ya
Even though we're only families apart.

Well I pick my axe and fight like a bomber
(You know what I mean)
Hey and your bullets
Keep me knocking me down.

Hey I pick my axe
Yeah but you still blast me down to the ground.

The same way you shoot me down baby
You'll be going just the same
Three times the pain
And your own self to blame
Hey machine gun.

I ain't afraid of your mess no more
I ain'afraid no more
After a while your cheap talk
Don't even cause me pain
So let your bullets fly like rain.

'Cause I know all this time you're wrong baby
And you'll be goin' just the same
Yeah machine gun
Tearing my family apart
Yeah yeah alright
Tearing my family apart.

Don't you shoot him down
He's about to live here
Don't you shoot him down
He's got to stay here
He ain't goin' nowhere
He-s been shot down to the ground
Oh where he can survive no no.

Yeah that's what we don't wanna hear any more, alright
No bullets,no guns,no bombs
No nothin',just let's all live and live
You know,instead of killing."

Jimi Hendrix live at Filmore East in NY in noaptea de anul nou1969-1970.
Band of gypsys:
Jimi:lyrics,guitar,composer
Billy Cox:bass
Buddy Miles:drums

Jimi a murit pe 18 Sep.1970....eram in anul 1 de liceu si toti din clasa mea am refuzat sa mergem la scoala in acea zi,eram 34,am invadat o berarie si stat in liniste si baut pt. Jimi.
Asa eram pe atunci noi.Azi doar 4-6 au ramas in Romania....interesant nu?
restul am plecat care pe unde ne-a chemat soarta, pana in 1982,unii in Franta, altii in USa,unii in Germania, altii in Israel,Anglia.

recent,in anul asta Mitch Mitchell si Noel Redding.

salutari,
sixpack

............
Multi dau exemplu Columbine, etc...astea sint numai cazuri izolate, familie destramata, boli psihice, culte, nazi, nerespectare "gun control law" etc.
Lui Florin si atat - de Little Eagle la: 21/04/2004 16:32:53
(la: Guns'n Roses sau numai trandafiri?....)
Hello Florin,

Cum as trai daca as omori pe cineva in self defense?
Crede-ma ca deseori m-am gindit la asta...well,as incerca mai intii doar sa ranesc persoana, daca inca ataca as rani din nou, tragind in picioare numai, daca raspunde cu foc inca,as impusca mortal.

atingi il lasi inconstient cel putin 7-10 min.timp in care poti fugi.

In AUSTRALIA!...)...

In AUSTRALIA!...)...

Clarificare - de relu la: 25/04/2004 21:14:41
(la: Guns'n Roses sau numai trandafiri?....)
- Noi discutam aici despre APARARE nu despre RAZBUNARE!...

Eu nu vad lumea in alb si negru, ci in gradatii. Unele chestii sint mai importante decit altele, asta-i tot.

O spun din nou clar: "to each his own". Faceti fiecare cum va taie capul. Honestly I don't give a damn that you got a gun, whoever you are.

You never know.

Numai bine,

Dupa cite stiu eu: hebrew = evreu
israeli = israelian
jew = ? (eu credeam jidan---corectati-ma)
jewish = de religie ?

2 a transf. and offensive. As a name of opprobrium: spec. applied to a
grasping or extortionate person (whether Jewish or not) who drives hard
bargains.
In medieval England, Jews, though engaged in many pursuits, were particularly
familiar as money-lenders, their activities being publicly regulated for them
by the Crown, whose proteges they were. In private, Christians also practised
money-lending, though forbidden to do so by Canon Law. Thus the name of Jew
came to be associated in the popular mind with usury and any extortionate
practices that might be supposed to accompany it, and gained an opprobrious
sense.

Never say these things to a cop

- Hey, you must'a been doin' about 125 mph to keep up with me! Good job!
- Sorry, Officer, I didn't realize my radar detector wasn't plugged in.
- I thought you had to be in relatively good physical condition to be a Police Officer.
- Excuse me, but is "stick up" hyphenated?
- Hi Officer, do you mind holding my beer while I find my driver's license?
- You know, I was going to be cop, but I decided to finish high school instead.
- "Bad Cop! No Donut!"
- I was trying to keep up with traffic. Yes, I know there are no other cars around, that's how far I am behind the other cars.
- You're NOT gonna check the trunk, are you?
- Didn't I see you get your butt kicked last week on "COPS"?
- I bet I could grab that gun before you finish writing my ticket.
- So, uh, you "on the take" or what?
- Gee, officer! That's terrific. The police officer yesterday only gave me a warning too!
- Do you know why you pulled me over? Good, at least one of us does.
- So, are you still crabby because your mamma didn't let you play with your gun when you were little?
- Hey is that a 9 mm? That's nothing compared to this .44 magnum.
- When you smack the crap outta me, make sure you smile pretty for the video camcorder.
- Is it true that people become policemen because they are too dumb to work at McDonalds?

Frate sa ma ierti, dar ma raliez Frumoasei in apararea Abbei.

Ce parere ai despre felul in care "he sold out to the establishment" (sa vandut)?

In liceu ii ascultam mult.

Masters of War

Come you masters of war
You that build all the guns
You that build the death planes
You that build the big bombs
You that hide behind walls
You that hide behind desks
I just want you to know
I can see through your masks

You that never done nothin'
But build to destroy
You play with my world
Like it's your little toy
You put a gun in my hand
And you hide from my eyes
And you turn and run farther
When the fast bullets fly

Like Judas of old
You lie and deceive
A world war can be won
You want me to believe
But I see through your eyes
And I see through your brain
Like I see through the water
That runs down my drain

You fasten the triggers
For the others to fire
Then you set back and watch
When the death count gets higher
You hide in your mansion
As young people's blood
Flows out of their bodies
And is buried in the mud

You've thrown the worst fear
That can ever be hurled
Fear to bring children
Into the world
For threatening my baby
Unborn and unnamed
You ain't worth the blood
That runs in your veins

How much do I know
To talk out of turn
You might say that I'm young
You might say I'm unlearned
But there's one thing I know
Though I'm younger than you
Even Jesus would never
Forgive what you do

Let me ask you one question
Is your money that good
Will it buy you forgiveness
Do you think that it could
I think you will find
When your death takes its toll
All the money you made
Will never buy back your soul

And I hope that you die
And your death'll come soon
I will follow your casket
In the pale afternoon
And I'll watch while you're lowered
Down to your deathbed
And I'll stand o'er your grave
'Til I'm sure that you're dead

I am only one, but I AM one!

Bro,

I saw the millions, the naked and the dead
I saw the city streets running bloody red
I saw a thousand bombers circle in the sky
I saw the firestorm fifty stores high
I saw a hundred thousand scream and burn
I saw the armored wheels grind and turn
Universal soldier, doomed to live and tell
Fight and die forever, burn in bloody hell.

Death or glory death or glory
March forever in the sound and fury
Death or glory death or glory

Blood and iron it's the same old story
I held the Iron Cross, first class with the swords
I marched with Hitler down the bloody road of war
I was at Jutland loading'till the gun was hot
Killed at Trafalgar without firing a shot,
I was at Moscow burning in my tank
I was at Shiloh, marching in the ranks
I was a sturbannfuhrer fighting in Berlin

International Evidence.

The experience of other nations also provides little support for the notion that guns causecrime:7

Switzerland has one of the lowest murder rates in the world, and it requires all able-bodied males between the ages of 20 and 50 to have a military-issued automatic weapon, ammunition and other equipment in their dwellings.8

Israel, which has an extremely low crime rate but is vulnerable to enemies including terrorists, depends on the defensive value of widespread civilian gun possession.

Denmark and Finland also have high rates of gun ownership and low crime rates.

The experience of these countries shows that widespread gun possession is compatible with low crime rates.

UB40 au preluat si "Falling in love with you" al lui Elvis...

" I got you babe" este cantat in versiunea originala de "Sony & Cher"

true story - good one too - de Horia D la: 20/04/2005 21:06:57
(la: Trancaneala Aristocrata "2")
At the 1994 annual awards dinner given for Forensic Science, AAFS

President Dr. Don Harper Mills astounded his audience with the
legal complications of a bizarre death.

Here is the story:

On March 23, 1994 the medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald
Opus and concluded that he died from a shotgun wound to the
head. Mr. Opus had jumped from the top of a ten-story building
intending to commit suicide. He left a note to the effect
indicating his despondency.

As he fell past the ninth floor his life was interrupted by a
shotgun blast passing through a window, which killed him
instantly.

Neither the shooter nor the deceased was aware that a safety net
had been installed just below the eighth floor level to protect
some building workers and that Ronald Opus would not have been
able to complete his suicide the way he had planned.

"Ordinarily," Dr Mills continued, "Someone who sets out to commit
suicide and ultimately succeeds, even though the mechanism might
not be what he intended, is still defined as committing
suicide." That Mr. Opus was shot on the way to certain death,
but probably would not have been successful because of the safety
net, caused the medical examiner to feel that he had a homicide on
his hands.

In the room on the ninth floor, where the shotgun blast
emanated, was occupied by an elderly man and his wife. They were
arguing vigorously and he was threatening her with a shotgun. The
man was so upset that when he pulled the trigger he completely missed
his wife and the pellets went through the window striking Mr. Opus.

When one intends to kill subject 'A' but kills subject 'B' in
the attempt, one is guilty of the murder of subject 'B'.

When confronted with the murder charge the old man and his wife
were both adamant and both said that they thought the shotgun
was not loaded. The old man said it was a long-standing habit to
threaten his wife with the unloaded shotgun. He had no intention
to murder her.

Therefore the killing of Mr. Opus appeared to be an accident;
that is, assuming the gun had been accidentally loaded.

The continuing investigation turned up a witness who saw the old
couple's son loading the shotgun about six weeks prior to the
fatal accident.

It transpired that the old lady had cut off her son's financial
support and the son, knowing the propensity of his father to use
the shotgun threateningly, loaded the gun with the expectation
that his father would shoot his mother.

Since the loader of the gun was aware of this, he was guilty of
the murder even though he didn't actually pull the trigger. The
case now becomes one of murder on the part of the son for the
death of Ronald Opus.

Now comes the exquisite twist.

Further investigation revealed that the son was, in fact, Ronald
Opus. He had become increasingly despondent over the failure of
his attempt to engineer his mother's murder. This led him to
jump off the ten-story building on March 23rd, only to be killed
by a shotgun blast passing through the ninth story window. The son
had actually murdered himself so the medical examiner closed the
case as a suicide.

unde esti tu tepes doamne ....
"That's the game".
Si apoi mai e si piata in sine. Cererea mica si oferta mare va regla cu siguranta fenomenul.
