In medieval England, Jews, though engaged in many pursuits, were particularly
familiar as money-lenders, their activities being publicly regulated for them
by the Crown, whose proteges they were. In private, Christians also practised
money-lending, though forbidden to do so by Canon Law. Thus the name of Jew
came to be associated in the popular mind with usury and any extortionate

Homosexualul n-a avut nici o problema cu asta, heterosexualul insa a declarat ca el nu face asa ceva, ca el se retrage din competitie, isi ia bagajele si pleaca. Cand insa firma de advertising a aflat, au intrat toti in panica si-au inceput sa curga telefoanele, ba de la director, ba de la producator. Il implorau pur si simplu sa ramana in competitie, promitandu-i chiar impotriva regulamentului ca in timpul sedintei de fotografiat nici o parte privata nu i se va vedea. I-au spus cu alte cuvinte ca daca ramane va castiga. Si marog a ramas, si binenteles a castigat concursul. In alte circumstante , i s-ar fi aratat usa. Problema insa era ca acest reality show avea ca scop, binenteles, marirea profitului firmei de advertising, ori un model gay pur si simplu nu s-ar fi vandut la populatie.De ce? Pentru ca femeile , care sunt principalele consumatoare in industria nord americana, nu l-ar considera sexy. Si nici barbatii heterosexuali, care by default nu percep alt barbat ca fiind sexy. Alte exemple, George Michael sau Richard Chamberlain, care si-au bazat intraga cariera pe imaginea de sex symbols. Acum sunt out, ei bine nu se mai vand. Daca esti out, trebuie sa ai ceva mai mult decat sexualitate de oferit, ca sa poti rezista concurentei.
Cu cativa ani in urma, copiii de scoala aveau o expresie atunci cand voiau sa-si exprime dezgustul fata ceva. Spuneau “ it’s gross”. Acum au inlocuit expresia cu “it’s gay” . E foarte populara in randul elevilor, si cu toate amenintarile profesorilor ca-i dau afara din scoala daca o mai folosesc, ei tot nu renunta, ba cu atat mai mult se ambitioneaza.
Si marog, tu interpretezi asta ca homofobie. Ei bine nu este. Pur si simplu un gay nu e sexy pentru un heterosexual. Poate fi funny sau talentat, dar nu sexy. Unii ti-o spun in fata ca le e scarba de actul homosexual si vrei sa-i dai afara de pe site (nu inteleg cum vrei tu sa schimbi sensibilitatea oamenilor? Scarba face parte si ea din sensibilitate in fond) . Altii , ca mine, iti arata de ce ei nu considera in sinea lor homosexualitatea normala. We are born this way! Tu o iei cum vrei. Dar sa stii ca milioane de prides nu vor schimba modul in care oamenii reactioneaza instictiv la actul de homosexualitate. Atentie,nu la homosexuali( nu-mi rastalmaci cuvintele, asa cum faci de obicei), ci la actul homosexual. Pentru ca sexualitatea este doar UNA din dimensiunile umane.
Ah, si nu ti-am spus despre modul in care e privita homosexualitatea in corporate culture, cu care sunt familiara, slava domnului. Poate alta data. E interesant si acolo...
Cu chisturile vaginale, eu zic s-o lasi balta ca esti de tot rasul . Vaginul unei femei e dimensionat asa de eficient de mama natura, incat , de vreme ce poate naste un copil de 3 kilograme, n-are nici o problema , dar absolut nici una cu penetrarea. Chisturile nu se datoreaza penetrarii, se pot trata usor, se refac complet, iar in cele mai multe cazuri le poti lasa asa cum sunt, ca nu deranjeaza cu nimic actul sexual. Well... sunt convinsa ca unii se ambitioneaza impotriva naturii cu toate fortele.

Acum stiu ce: In primul vers (Jos palaria zaraza!) scrie "es" nu "das". Diferenta este una de ordin poetic: Daca spun "was soll das bedeuten" are intelesul de "Ce inseamna asta?" avand mai mult o nota de interpelare.
Alegand "was soll es bedeuten", a 'muiat' un pic intelesul.
Unde mai pui, ca nu numai poetic dar si fonetic ar fi fost un pic cam fortat sa scrie:

Am intalnit la un moment dat persoane care practicau Hata-Yoga si puteau sa imi dea anumite senzatii energetice, nu am avut personal experiente paranormale prea multe, sau mie nu mi se mai par paranormale. Deci energia sau chi-ul sau prana, sau cum vreti sa-i ziceti eset un fapt clar, ea exista si pesonal consider ca din acest punct de vedere cei mai avansati sunt practicantii avansati de chi-gong,, respectiv am vazut(si cred-fiindca este doar o chestiune de practica asidua) demonstratii de chi-qong in care un maestru care practicase cam 40 de ani chi-gong(apropos, pentru unele tehnici trebuie sa te scoli noaptea la 3) si care era in stare sa aprinda o torta la cativa metri buni. Si exemplele pot continua. Am practicat si eu o vreme chi-gong si aveam senzatii energetice, dar la ora actuala daca e sa ma scol la 3 noaptea mai bine citesc niste rugaciuni sau practic o rugaciune sincera. Cred ca imi este mai de folos pina la urma. Desigur, nu neg importanta si ajutorul bioenegiei in sanatate, mai ales in diagnosticare si am o parere buna in general despre bioenergeticienii romani, ba chiar cred ca sunt mai avansati decat multi din lume. Insa bionergia este o stiinta inca la inceputrile ei in vest si a o practica inseamna a te aventura pe un tarim delicat. Orice eset posibil prin antrenament dar nu totul eset de folos. In vest in ultima vreme sau inmultit la TV filmele si mai rau si desenele animate care tind sa promoveze ideea de paraanormal, de oameni cu insusiri deosebite , mutanti X-men, vrajitori, toate prostiile posibile, care se vaand laa biata populatie si ne iaa din timpul maantuirii, adica in loc sa ne gandim la Dumnezeu si sa cautam sa fiim normali, suntem imbibati cu paaranormal. Repet exista si am intalnit oameni cu insusiri deosebite, am vazut experti de arte martiale care te-ar fi putut lichida in mai putin de o secunda sau care ar fi putut face fata atacurilor a 30 de persoane inarmate, am inatlnit programtori cu coeficient de inteligenta deosebit, sau fizicieni care putea sa joace sah cu saptele la tine si sa tebata rusinos de repede, dar nimeni nu m-a impresionat in viata asta ca un calugar de la o manastire din Romania sau din aalta parte. De ce ? Pentru ca am citit pe undeva prin Biblie sau prin Cartile Sfinte , nu imi mai aamnitesc acum exact unde, ca "cel care isi vede pacatul sau este mai mare decat cel care muta muntii" . Si intr-adevar asa este . Mai greu este sa te apropii de Dumnezeu decat sa aprinzi focul de la distanta, ba s-ar putea sa fie si incompatibile.
Dar raspunsul este : Da am intalnit persoane cu insusiri paranormale, dar inatlnesc din ce in ce mai putine persoane normale :)

Pentru cei ce nu merg la Biserica si nu postesc sau nu se roaga, fara nici un fel de desconsiderare sau nuanta de ironie, din experienta personala, daca vreti sa incercati cu adevarat niste experiente paranormale faceti urmatorul lucru:
Chiar inainte de Post, incepeti sa va duceti la Biserica in fiecare Duminica si tineti Postul si rugati-va zilnic, macaar un sfert de ora pe zi. Orice: Tatal Nostru, Psalmi, Acatistul Maicii Domnului,Parclisul, orice, dar faceti-o cu perseverenta si seriozitate.Mai ales metanii. Repet, numai pentru cei ce nu fac asta deja , pentru cei care se roaga deja zilnic nu este nevoie ca stiu deja. O sa vedeti acolo experiente paranormale care o sa va ridice parul pe ceafa. O sa va dati seama ca existe cineva caruia nu-i place sa faceti asta. Trebuie apoi sa luati legatura imediat cu un Duhovnic si sa cereti sfatul. Este foarte important daca faceti experienta sa va duceti imediat la Preot si sa vi-l faceti duhovnic, altfel nu o sa ma puteti ierta si mai bine nu faceti experienta.

Asta pentru cei care vor experiente Paranormale.

...cel putin. Si acum ma gandesc la ea dar sunt multe aspecte care imi scapa. Unele mi se par subiective, dar multe sunt cu adevarat de luat in seama. Cel putin pentru originalitate dar si pentru felul in care coincid cu gandurile mele. Dar sunt reticent cu celelalte (daca s-ar dovedi adevarate, atunci reticenta mea fata de ele ar fi foarte buna pentru ca ajungand la concluzia ca sunt adevarate plecand de la premiza ca sunt false - o cunoastere constienta - asta este cred cea mai buna dovada ca sunt adevarate. Sunt si multe paradigme. Nu poti experimenta ceva pentru ca nu stii, si nu stii pentru ca nu ai experimentat - si multe d-astea... Mi-ar place sa discut cu cineva despre aceasta carte. Nu stiu daca exista vreun forum in romaneste. Eu am citit-o in spaniola dar presupun ca ideile sunt aceleasi. Bineinteles pasajul pe care l-ai dat Catalina, corespunde cu varianta in spaniola. Nu stiam ca s-a tradus si in romana.
Deasemenea mi se pare ca se contrazice in a afirma ca viata este facuta pt a fi misterioasa si creatoare, dar pe de alta parte se dau informatii importante despre cum poate fi inlaturat misterul.

De modo que tu pregunta era muy buena. Para qué seguir? Para qué siquiera ponerse en camino? Qué se gana emprendiendo en este viaje? Qué incentivo hay? Que razón hay?
La razón es ridículamente simple:

Probable incendie criminel dans un collège-lycée israélite en région parisienne
Un établissement scolaire de confession israélite a été dévasté par le feu samedi en banlieue de Paris, cet acte probablement criminel déclenchant l'indignation de la communauté juive et la condamnation du gouvernement.
L'incendie de Gagny s'inscrit dans la vague d'actes antisémites commis en France depuis quelques années sur fond de crise au Proche-Orient.
"Les mots d'antisémitisme doivent être prononcés. L'honnêteté, c'est que l'on ne nie pas l'évidence. Quand on met le feu dans une école juive, il m'est difficile de ne pas penser qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un acte antisémite", a souligné sur place le ministre de l'intérieur Nicolas Sarkozy. Pour lui, il y a dans cet incendie "une connotation raciste antisémite évidente".
"Il semble que l'origine criminelle de l'incendie soit avérée", a estimé le ministre de l'Intérieur, en précisant qu'il y a "deux foyers situés dans deux lieux opposés et une suspicion d'effraction" par une vitre de l'école pour garçons, située dans un quartier calme de Gagny (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Les pompiers ont été appelés à 03h25 et ont engagé une soixantaine d'hommes et neuf grosses lances pour lutter contre le sinistre qui n'a pas fait de blessés.
L'incendie s'est déclaré dans une ancienne usine acquise par l'association juive orthodoxe Merkaz Hatorah, qui souhaitait s'agrandir. Les élèves travaillent actuellement dans un bâtiment mitoyen qui n'a pas été atteint par les flammes. Les poutrelles métalliques des murs et des toits ont été tordues par la puissance du feu, les vitres ont explosé, le mobilier a été calciné.

Le gouvernement a immédiatement affiché sa fermeté et sa solidarité avec la communauté juive, par la voix de deux de ses ministres qui se sont rendus sur les lieux. "Les auteurs seront poursuivis et punis avec une grande sévérité", a indiqué M. Sarkozy.

Le ministre de l'Education nationale, Luc Ferry, a lui fait part de sa "consternation". "Je suis venu dire ma solidarité avec le directeur, les enseignants, les élèves, les parents d'élèves", a-t-il déclaré. "Avec le recteur, on va voir tout ce qui peut être mis en place pour assurer la continuité. On est consterné", a encore dit M. Ferry.

Selon le directeur de l'école, Jacques Benisty, un incident a opposé il y a quelques jours ses élèves à des jeunes extérieurs à l'école.

Le Conseil représentatif des institutions juives de France (CRIF) a fait part samedi de sa "vive émotion et son indignation".

Double attentat contre la communauté juive d'Istanbul, 23 morts

Deux attentats à la voiture piégée, presque simultanés, ont frappé samedi matin la de Turquie, faisant 23 morts et plus de 300 blessés près de deux synagogues d'Istanbul, la plus grande ville du pays.

Il s'agit d'"un acte terroriste aux ramifications internationales", a affirmé le ministre turc des Affaires étrangères, Abdullah Gul. "Nous sommes confrontés à une attaque terroriste de type différent" de celles perpétrées jusqu'à présent en Turquie, a-t-il estimé.

Le chef de la diplomatie israélienne, Sylvan Shalom, a appelé la communauté internationale à combattre les "forces du mal", après ce double attentat contre la petite communauté juive de Turquie, forte de 35.000 membres vivant surtout à Istanbul.

Un homme parlant au nom d'une organisation clandestine islamiste, l'IBDA-C, a revendiqué les attentats, mais le ministre de l'Intérieur, Abdulkadir Aksu, a affirmé n'avoir aucune confirmation de l'authenticité de cette revendication.

23 personnes ont été tuées, selon un nouveau bilan donné par l'agence turque Anatolie, citant la police.

L'un des attentats a visé la synagogue de Neve Shalom à Beyoglu, l'autre la synagogue Beth Israël à Sisli, distante de deux kilomètres.

"Des voitures piégées ont été utilisées pour les deux explosions", a déclaré le ministre de l'Intérieur, rapidement arrivé à Istanbul.

La synagogue Neve Shalom, la plus grande d'Istanbul, avait été la cible d'un attentat commis par un Palestinien en 1986 qui avait fait 22 morts, outre les deux kamikazes. Les attentats antisémites sont pourtant rares en Turquie, un Etat laïc majoritairement musulman.

Selon un porte-parole du grand rabbinat d'Istanbul, Silvio Ovadia, quelque 300 personnes étaient rassemblées dans ces lieux de culte, pour la prière du samedi, au moment des attentats.

La façade de la synagogue Neve Shalom s'est effondrée sous la violence de l'explosion, et la rue présentait l'aspect d'une scène de guerre, un cratère creusant la chaussée. L'attentat a brisé les vitres de dizaines d'immeubles proches.

"C'était comme un tremblement de terre", "quelque chose d'inhumain", racontait un commerçant de 40 ans.

"C'était une explosion à rendre sourd", a expliqué un ouvrier d'un atelier tout proche. "Nous avons été noyés pendant 15 minutes dans un nuage de poussière", ajoutait un autre témoin.

Selon l'agence de presse turque Anatolie, un homme a revendiqué les attentats au nom du groupe extrémiste du Front islamique des combattants du Grand-Orient (IBDA-C), affirmant qu'ils avaient pour but de "mettre fin à l'oppression visant les musulmans". "Nos actions vont continuer", a dit cet interlocuteur anonyme.

L'IBDA-C, fondé en 1985, a pour objectif d'instaurer un Etat islamique en Turquie et a perpétré plusieurs attentats contre des bars, des discothèques et des églises à Istanbul.

L'organisation est en sommeil depuis l'arrestation en 1998 de son chef, Salih Mirzabeyoglu, condamné à la prison à vie à Istanbul pour tentative de coup d'Etat.

M. Aksu a indiqué que les autorités n'avaient pas confirmation de cette revendication. Il a évoqué une possible piste internationale, en termes moins affirmatifs cependant que M. Gul.

"Il se peut que cela ne soit pas une organisation de chez nous à cause de l'ampleur (des attentats)", a-t-il dit, soulignant qu'il était encore "très tôt" pour arriver à des conclusions.

Le Premier ministre turc Recep Tayyip Erdogan, en visite à Nicosie pour le 20ème anniversaire de la République turque de Chypre du nord (RTCN, reconnue uniquement par Ankara), a vivement condamné ces attentats, estimant qu'ils visaient "la stabilité et la paix de la Turquie".

Outre la Turquie et Israël, de nombreux pays européens, dont la France, l'Allemagne, la Grande-Bretagne, la Suisse et la Russie, ainsi que le Pakistan et l'Egypte, ont été unanimes dans leur condamnation des attentats.

Au Caire, le secrétaire général de la Ligue arabe, Amr Moussa, les a aussi condamnés, mais en a attribué la responsabilité à Israël. "La responsabilité de tout cela incombe à la politique israélienne", a affirmé M. Moussa.

Le pape Jean Paul II a lancé un appel "pour la paix et contre le terrorisme" dans un télégramme de condoléances adressé à "toute la nation turque et aux personnes concernées".

Le président de la Commission européenne, Romano Prodi, s'est rendu à la synagogue de Milan (nord de l'Italie) pour présenter les condoléances de "toute l'Union européenne" à la communauté juive.

Au nom de l'Union européenne, le gouvernement italien a condamné "la violence lâche" du double attentat et a adressé "ses plus profondes condoléances" à la Turquie.
