Chestia cu vinul e veeeeeeeechee. Despre cultivarea vitei si comertul cu vin se scrie si in Codul lui Hammurabi, regele Babiloniei. Mai tirziu Hipocrate taticul medicinei recomanda si elogia vinul. Hic! Daca iti place despre istoria vinului iti mai scriu. :) Din cite stiu practic toate vinurile de azi provin din vreo 5000 varietati de Vitis vinifera sativa care la rindul sau provine prin mutatie genetica din Vitis vinifera silvestris. Codul genetic este cel care conditioneaza puterea aromatica si gustativa a fiecarei varietati. Sint apreciate din punct de vedere comercial varietatile cultivabile si care dau vin de calitate si in afara regiunilor de origine. De exemplu Cabernet Sauvignon (rosu) si Chardonnay (alb). Daca vrei pot sa-ti spun cite ceva despre vinurile spaniole. Robert Parker este cred criticul de vinuri cel mai influent de pe glob - el e capabil sa faca faimos peste noapte un vin total necunoscut sau sa distruga faima unui vin cunoscut. Personal caut exact pe cel american (si chiar sud american) Am cateva Miles Davis, dintr-o epoca pe care nu o cunosc, insa inainte de a fi un fenomen mediatic. (Bucuros de sharing de altfel) Si mi-ar mai place sa recomand pe Herbie Hancock, Chick Correa (desi de asta ultimul m-am cam indepartat in ultima vreme) Nu stiu cum vedeti voi, insa tehnica jazzistica ma lasa un pic indiferent, e prea abstracta, tot ceea ce caut e tema si piesa. Probabil puritanii genului m-ar crucifica, insa asta-s eu. Pe cine intereseaza jazz latin (e o nebunie), cautati Calle 54, de Fernando Trueba, un documnentar spaniol de gen. Artisti din New York sau din alte parti, un fel de Buena Vista Social Club, insa varianta jazz. Mai, nu stiu in ce categorie se-ncadreaza ‘cutare’ si, sincera sa fiu, nu mi-am batut capul niciodata.
Jazzul si-n special bluesul mi-s in sange, cred, de cand m-am nascut. N-am pic de cultura muzicala, insa asta-i singura muzica ce ma ‘misca’-n mod real, daca n-ar fi sa implic si fado in ecuatie … Am sa fac o lista la-ntamplare: glenn miller, joe striani, nina simone, herbie hancock, stan guetz, django deinhardt, dave brubeck, benny goodman, bb king, miles davis (‘yesterdays’!!)david sanborn, eddie cochran, hendrix, coltrane,di meola, paco de lucia…niste ‘kitaro’… Nu ma enervati! mie mi s-a parut ca miroase fix a fan. nu e neaparat stilul meu, adica nu pot sa spun ca mi-a placut la nebunie, insa merge clar cu rochii albe si palarii de pai :) (ar trebui sa ma vezi cu palarie de pai, zici ca merg la sapa) zaraza in cazul meu depinde de starea de spirit ce parfum folosesc.
herba fresca e foarte fain. tot din aceasi gama imi place si pamplelune. imi plac mai multe parfumuri, depinde de ocazie dispozitie si disponibilitate. totusi cred ca preferatele mele sunt cele unisex. le port cel mai des. vad ca vorbeati de flori. mie-mi place mult bujorul: euphoria blossom si addict summer peonies. astea doua sunt... m o r t a l e!!! are si mugler unul cu bujor, dar cred ca-i la fel de pretentios-pretios ca celelalte din linia garden... da' de chanel no 5 vad ca nu ati zis nimic...
