Mi-ai facut mare bucurie sa-mi aduci aminte de poezia lui Rudyard Kipling. Imi place sa o savurez in engleza pentru ca are un inteles mai profund...pentru mine:

Ai foarte mare dreptate, nu poti sa te rogi fara sa ai credinta ca Dumnezeu te aude si-ti va trimite raspunsul cel bun. Multi se roaga la tot felul de dumnezei, dar inca nu am auzit ca vre-una dintre aceste rugaciuni sa fie raspunsa. Cineva ne spunea mai jos ca el nu se roaga niciodata pentru el insasi. Eu i-au exemplu rugaciunea Tatal Nostru, o rugaciune care este in mod special pentru mine insumi. Daca nu te rogi pentru tine insuti inseamna ca nu ai credinta ca ti se va da, atunci cum poti sa te rogi pentru altcineva, de unde stii ca el sau ea va fi afectat de rugaciunea ta. Cind ceri de la Dumnezeu intelepciune, dragoste, iertare, sanatate, le ceri pentru ca cu acestea poti sa fii un om mai bun, astfel poti sa ajuti familia, comunitatea, lumea din jurul tau. Nu cred ca cineva poate sa se roage pentru altcineva atita timp cit el insusi nu este intr-o relatie personala cu Dumnezeu o relatie in care a putut vedea Mina Lui la lucru. Un exemplu practic: nu poti sa indrumi pe nimeni cum sa-si cumpere o casa daca tu insuti nu ti-ai cumparat o casa; sau, nu poti sa inveti pe nimeni cum sa deseneze corpul uman daca tu nu ai invatat niciodata cum sa desenezi. Daca casa mea nu este organizata, curata si pusa la punct, cum pot eu sa ma duc la altcineva acasa si sa-i spun cum sa-si puna casa in ordine. Nu am mai fost acasa in Romania de vreo 4 ani, nu pentru ca nu am vrut, ci pentru ca nu mi-am putut permite din punct de vedere financiar. Am o viata aici, o familie noua, casa, tot ce mi-as putea dori. Cu toate acestea, mi-e dor de casa, de tara.
Multi oameni spun "Home is where you make it", I say "Home is where your heart is".

Conform regulilor acestui forum, eu am chestionat si combatut ideile dumitale, nu persoana. Nu am spus sau implicat ca ai fi "red neck", sau plina de ura. Parerea mea este doar ca esti "misguided", indrumata gresit. Nu am si nu vreau sa fac vreo judecata asupra persoanei dumitale, am mai spus-o. Ma leg numai de ideile pe care le promovezi.

Ma acuzi ca as accepta frumosul si bunul numai daca se potrivesc calapodului meu. Ba dimpotriva, eu incerc sa-ti arat ca bun si frumos mai poate exista si in afara abacului dumitale.
Eu promovez toleranta si ingaduinta, dreptate sociala, dumneata condamni "ideile murdare" pentru ca nu incap in normele dumitale de conduita.

Ti-am spus ca nu consider ca valabil decat Noul Testament, dar am gresit. Nu iau in consideratie decat ghilimelele atribuite lui Isus. Daca a fost divin sau nu, pentru mine nu conteaza - gasesc ca a fost un mare invatator. Tot restul bibliei pentru mine nu este decat dogma si/sau istoria lui Israel. Comentariile si interpretarile celor de "dupa" nu ma intereseaza. Eu il ascult numai pe invatator:

Cover the countryside
